Acid Black Cherry "ABC Dream CUP 2011"

In July 2007, Acid Black Cherry had debuted with "SPELL MAGIC" and with this he is now already facing the fourth year since then in his career.

Also, when speaking of rounding up four years, the soccer world cup comes to mind and with the feeling of expressing the greatest gratitude once in four years, the "ABC Dream CUP 2011" will be held again! With this event, Acid Black Cherry is showing his gratitude for the fans who have always supported him and will support him in the future.

The "ABC Dream CUP 2011" also means a total of four big presents for fans, however, details are yet to be announced. Still, the first surprise has been revealed just today.

This time, the first single release for 2011 will be available for mobile download for free. The song will be released as a record on March 30th, 2011 and carries the title "Shojo no Inori III". Accordingly, the free download has become available since 4:00am today, on March 9th.

Acid Black Cherry releases PV for “Shoujo no Inori III”

Rock artist Acid Black Cherry will be releasing a new single titled “Shoujo no Inori III“, on March 30th, and just recently, the PV for the track was revealed!

The video alternates between shots of Acid Black Cherry singing and of a distraught young girl who finds out she’s pregnant. The scenes converge when the girl attempts to kill herself and is saved by the singer, who gives her a holy cross necklace.

SHOW YOUR HEART

Following the 2011 off the Pacific Coast of Tohoku Earthquake from March 11th, 2011, GACKT has started his campaign "SHOW YOUR HEART", which has moved a lot of different artists.

The project is meant to help the victims in the stricken area of the earthquake, by raising money for supplies and medical support through the Red Cross of Japan. Until now a great number of artists have already agreed to support the "SHOW YOUR HEART" campaign

Ever since the earthquake had happened, I have been doing nothing but watch TV. However, when the mail from GACKT reached me, I came to think that I need to do something as well.

I do not know, how many people I will reach with my calling, but since it would be none, without any doing, I thought that I need to do what I can do myself.

Don't you think that there is a big difference between "I didn't know anything, so I didn't do anything" and "Even though I knew, I didn't do anything"?

I will do what I can with all my power!

Acid Black Cherry to hold free live for 40,000 fans

Rock artist Acid Black Cherry announced on the 13th that he will be holding an exclusive free live for 40,000 lucky fans!

The live performance is Acid Black Cherry’s way of thanking fans for their support over the past four years, and is only the second part of his four-part gift to his fans.

Fans can apply to any of the three different performances through the official “ABC Dream CUP 2011” website beginning on June 8th.

“Pistol” is said to be a rock tune with a powerful beat. The coupling track will be a “Recreation Track” and will be a cover of WANDS’s 1993 hit song, “Ai wo Kataru Yori Kuchizuke wo Kawasou”.

The DVD on the First Press Limited Edition version will include the “Pistol” music video and a 15 minute OFF SHOT video. The CD-only First Press Limited Edition will include a 12-page photo booklet.

Coming in first place is Acid Black Cherry’s “Black Cherry“, thanks to its provocative lyrics expressing a woman’s desires. Voters commented, “When I heard sexy, this was the only song I could think of. Or rather… it’s completely erotic!” and “From a woman’s point of view, I can really sympathize with the lyrics. It’s a very painful song.”

yeah I really like Black Cherry , it's 1 of my fave ABC singles even though the 1st track I heard is actually Nemuri Hime

ABC's PVs are always known to have some comic relief & humour to go along with things . Black Cherry is no exception , especially at the ending which's just so
