Exaggerating much?

No, I'm actually quite serious and not trying to overexaggerate anything when I say this. It'll probably be one of the highest selling remix albums released in the last 10 years...

I doubt that they look at dates that are 'save' anymore. her original album streak is gone and the stupid 'every year with a #1 album' is hardly anything to brag about, lol.

but I still trust in the power that are avex shareholders.

Out of the three competitors, Tohoshinki's remix album seems the least threatening imo. since it's a. It's a remix album, and b. it's another avex release.

aiko and AKB48 they can't control, so it seems unlikely they'll put her against them

imo it would actually be more advisable for them to move Tohoshinki's remix album to a later date than to delay Ayu's album cos they just had a best like a week ago and we are seriously DEPRIVED of some Ayu here!

I dunno, having a #1 album every year for the last 11 years is a pretty big achievement, haha. Now having a "top 3" album every year for 11 years is just stupid.

I bet that they still do want her to hit the #1 spot even though GUILTY sort of killed her streak. (They scheduled her against the Secret Code last year in 2009, and she only sold about 70k more in the first week, I think.)

Well, whatever ends up happening, I don't really care, I just want the album to listen to/watch... haha.

Just because Tohoshinki is really big, doesn't mean they're gonna get #1 with a remix album. I don't know why everyone thinks that, they're not as huge a threat as aiko or AKB48

but that wasn't what I meant... I mean I would rather avex push the date of the remix album back than to push the date of Ayu's album (if they had to do one of these) cos frankly, we need some Ayu now lol.

You can't really compare Ayu's remix albums with others a) one of them is in the top 10 of best-selling remix albums of all time(worldwide!) and b) she released most of them in the "golden age of electronic music", which ended by now

yeah, it's an achievement in itself, but it's really not one of your typical records. I count this to the stuff that oricon loves to track but is so much dependent on how you choose the conditions that it's more like a record in a record.

and I also only want the album as of now. don't really care about the titles/whatever anymore. -__-
