^ Ummm, wouldn't that be called sampling? I'm pretty sure an artist of her popularity wouldn't blatantly steal a song from a well-known group without crediting them. If it's a new song then we don't even know the credits for it yet. She very well could have included SNSD's writers in them.

lol @ plagiarising. Both SME and Lovato's company bought the demo at the same time. It happened many times before, SME not creating a new track on their own but buying the rights.
