^ actually, from what I read japanese fans like Party Queen covers... it was a lot of none asian fans that didnt like it.

i know not many people were happy with again covers... lol

but party queen... if i remember correctly a lot of japanese fans thought the covers were cute? (i dont see the cuteness, but i liked the covers... it was completely different and trashy, lol)

I would take Japanese people saying "kawaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" with a grain of salt. It's sort of our equivalent of saying "oh, cool" and isn't always genuine.

Sort of like if you didn't really like something and just said "Oh, that's cool"......I'm sure some people loved it but some people loved S/S as well lol

It's kinda odd. I see LOVE again compared with Love Songs, but really it should be comapred with Party Queen.

Maybe if we listen to Love Songs - Party Queen - LOVE again in order it'll sound like one huge, dramatic love story.

^ BRILLANTE is kinda creepy in this context, as it proclaims 'We've just come full circle'.

It has. At the beginning of Love Songs, Ayu was saying goodbye to one lover and welcoming another. LOVE again seems to be following these lines...it just has more inner conflict so far.

Love songs had a lot of hope. This one seems a bit more pessimistic so far. The album tracks will certainly be interesting...

I loved the Party Queen covers. They fit with the first few tracks but with Letter and Tell Me Why, it seems out of place.


Compared to Fairyland and Sunrise / Sunset, the covers here are nice.


I don't expect much from this now because I always hold expectations that are too high.

it actually made perfect sense to me cuz songs went from chearful and party stuff to angsty dark and ended with sothing melodies. it's like exacstly what she was trying to show that under all the superficial not real image is something much more complicated. the covers showed the supperficial stuff just as a few first tracks. the deeper you go to the album the more you get to know about the real feelings and that tiny bit of hope that no matter what everyone is saying you still are you and only you and those that know you for long time actualy know the truth.
