Aiba played a preview snippet of Kokoro no Sora on his Aiba Masaki no Rekomen! radio show

Wow , I think Kokoro no Sora is so Oriental sounding & for some reason it sounds like something Takizawa Kabuki might use

That said , I can't wait to hear the full version of Kokoro no Sora & I hope the PV will do justice to the song

More details on Japnoism / Kokoro no Sora

The music and lyrics for the song was done by Hotei Tomoyasu, who is based in London. Setting the album theme of expressing the “wonderfulness of Japan”, the song takes a tense Hotei sound along with Japanese instruments. Sakurai Sho wrote the rap lyrics for the song.

According to Sakurai, meetings for the new album began straight away in the New Year. Back in May, Hotei Tomoyasu wrote the song. As he was in London, the meetings between the members and him took place through video conference. Sakurai would like to thank Hotei as the song fully conveys the members’ thoughts and concepts.

Japnoism covers are still terrible but Kokoro no Sora more or less make up for everything as Hotei Tomoyasu captured the essence of Japan extremely well

Now's hoping for a great PV in conveying Kokoro no Sora in a flattering manner

Wow , Hotei Tomoyasu-san is IN the PV . I think he specially flew in to get the PV shooted since he's now based in London

The full version of Kokoro no Sora is great & the PV preview captures exactly what I hoped it would which's the strong Oriental theme

Guess Japonism will probably be the 1st album I'll be getting in Japan x)

I don't know if it's cos I attended Takizawa Kabuki when it was staged here but that was the feeling I had when I 1st saw the PV preview for Kokoro no Sora

That said I can't wait to see the entire PV in due time , salute to Hotei Tomoyasu-san for making his presence felt in the PV , he deserves to be in it , for obvious reasons

Kokoro no Sora -short ver.-



Compared to Zero-G & let alone P.A.R.A.DO.X , Kokoro no Sora is more simplified & emphasised on their dance moves which my favourite segment is the intricate hand gestures in the 2nd verse of the song (where they sang about fireworks & flower)

That said , I so can't wait to hear Japonism , here's hoping the new songs will make up for the lacklustre covers

The "Kokoro no Sora" PV is on total fire, so far!!! The dancing (which is absolutely superb! ) the outfits (and Arashi themselves looking as hot as ever! ) and just the song itself...although everything still hasn't come out in full, I'm still considering this as a "Masterpiece", in my eyes. Super excited for the whole video & I just can't wait to hear 'Japonism'.

Arashi's Sakurai Sho Has No Interest In Getting Married

33-year-old Arashi member Sakurai Sho has stated that he currently has no interest in getting married right now.

The love lives of Johnny's & Associates' artists have received renewed interest recently. Last month, Arashi' Ohno Satoshi was reported to have been in a long-term relationship, which he later denied. TOKIO's Kokubun Taichi got married last month too.

With love lives still a hot topic, the conversation turned to relationships on the October 15 broadcast of "Sakurai Ariyoshi Abunai Yakai". It was during this program that Sakurai expressed a lack of interest in getting married any time soon.

"I think the marriage of my senior was something to celebrate, and I think it was nice, but it hasn't influenced what I want to do," he said.

Sakurai explained that he has a flow to his life that he wouldn't want to disrupt by being in a relationship. He also stated that having alone time was important to him.
