so very true but if they want to try to suggest them to look at the song a different way then I dont see a problem with that I dont think she meant to force her opinion on people

I liked the song

the pv is cute I wish she did more in it and I wish they had better cars

Well, some people will hate it indefinitely, but it's a matter of personal taste. It's like us and that wretched Crazy Frog. But you did make some excellent points.

I can understand people either loving or hating it...but saying the PV was repetitive is certainly not true...compared to the 'About You' PV? (I've always thought both the song and video were way overrated)...and what about 'Pride'...'Bold & Delicious'. Ridiculously repetitive. At least BF's video has story and progression instead of random elements thrown in haphazardly. I've always thought Ayu's videos were more pretty than interesting, but the BF video is really, imho, very captivating.

when i listened to the song for the first time thru' youtube..
i found the "computerized voice" is part of the annoying one , i don't know, i just don't like it..
but then after i listen and listen for couple of times..the song has begun to grow on me.. finally i found out the lyric...and sing a long..
"hey.this song sounds good.."
epsecially the chorus part.. i love it even more now~

@robonyanya : In fact, I have to agree with you... It is not repetitive at all...

However, I hated it thinking that BF was irritating... But it was a matter of time before I changed my mind about BF... For me, I think BF is a wonderful song now... I don't know how does time change me but seriously, it is a wonderful song if you spend time listening to it for a while... The PV is not that bad and ayu is a lil sexy there... hehe

@ayumixx : Same here... I found that BF isn't such a bad song after all... And Ayu in the PV when she is working in some Delifrance shop or something is very very very cute....

That's what I do. XD I think the PV made people hate it.

I personally like the song, and just forgot about the PV after a while by playing the music to the Greatful Days PV. XD It suits well and made me like the song more. :3

haha. i listened to the song the first time while watching the PV. it turned out to be NOT what i expected. i expected something more rock rather than sugar-y. but nonetheless, i still like it. i can understand why pple like it and why pple dont.

i mean. the situation is much better than Bold & Delicious and Startin' where everybody started condemning these 2 songs. i got rather irritated. cos ayu seems to like B & D a lot. why pple jus dont like it? its jus a difference in perspective. there is no need to change other's view on Beautiful Fighters. Perhaps after several performances later, they will start to like the song more? cheers!!

I've been loving it since I first listened to it. When I saw heaps of complaints here before I finished downloading I was quite uneasy and uncomfortable. It showed a BAD sign to me that it was really an aweful song. But after listening to the beginning I simply fell in love with it. Personally I think it is way better than alterna, which is overrated by too many ppl in my opinion. Like I love Beautiful Day very much but lots of ppl don't. So actually we hold different tastes and opinions it's not a bad thing. I don't really mind arguments as long as we're still enjoying Ayu's songs.

Those are usually only a few people - there are probably some of those in most fan communities anyway, but at least AHS isn't a place full of fanbrats who have become so obsessive over the artist that they loose so much perspective on everything. Suggesting to someone that they should change their mind about something means to me that you don't respect their opinion. The person suggesting it might not think of it that way, they may only want to help, but that's basically what it is. My point is that if someone doesn't try to get you to change your opinion, then you shouldn't try to change theirs. Just read what they say and forget about it if it's not how you feel about it. It sounds silly if you say to someone 'try forgetting about the PV and listen to the song, I swear you'll hate it' - if you switch that around then it's just as silly. That's what my point is. It's just better to focus on what you like than worrying about every single person who doesn't like it - it's just a waste of energy and time. It's really not worth it, especially in this case where a lot more people like it and only a few people dislike it

*Speechless* Unbelieveable, you are a nice person HanabiChick... In fact, last time I actually felt sad if my friend hates some songs that I like... And now I don't care about them... They like it or not, it has nothing to do with me...

So listen to HanabiChick, it is true.. Don't care what people dislike or like... It's what you like and you have to right to give some comments or decision here...

On this forum, we respect everyone's opinion, and its only when this doesn't happen, that people get jumped on. But it is this respect that I think that everyone keeps coming back, why everyone loves it here, why people like immel have 1000 posts in such little time

(sorry to use u as an example), why the staff puts so much time into this forum etc.

i could spend every ounce of my being trying to make everyone love Pride, but its just not going to happen, its just not some peoples cup o tea. Just like we could try and persuade everyone in America to like Ayu...because of her beautiful lyrics and meaningful Pvs...there's every reason why people should like it but some won't.

The bottom line is that there are always going to be people who don't like the same things you do. You can make the best possible case for something and win the hearts of everyone, but there will always be at least one person who doesn't agree with you. It's absolutely inevitable.

But I think that one thing that we all have to remember as Ayu fans, and this has been discussed, is that, just because we don't like a couple songs, or a PV, or some lyrics, does not make ANYONE any less of a fan.

i've seen longer posts... is pride THAT bad? I thought it was a nice song...

I got pissed when my school's library's computer blocks forums... And that means blocks AHS!!! I was so sad that I cant be on AHS and pissed... Sometimes it loads the front page but when I click a link or anything, it will be blocked...

Gah! There is nothing that everyone like or dislike... so just chill, and continue posting...
