It is the making of Super Stars, it is about the whole project known as Super Stars that was started out of charity for the tsunami victims.

Using google translate on the text, which I admit isn't entirely reliable, it mentions an interview and also a number of artist names. I believe it might have photos, too. Ayumis name is included.

That's what I could make out of it. Also, it's 88 pages.

The project has been going on for a very long time, although Ayu didn't get confirmed as a participant in the project until pretty late, according to our news it was long after this picture was taken.

Maybe they didn't have time to take new pictures and chose to use this old one, or this old one was supposed to be used from the start. No clue.
