I overlayed the covers in Photoshop, at least the most similarly sized ones..

And the eyes are the same. But the lighting is funky, as well as the way that her face is positioned..


This is a very bold move on avex and Ayu's part.. hopefully it doesn't affect the sales too much.
Imagine the billboard. The eyes would move!

I think this is as natural as we've seen Ayu..

No big hair, no make up.. just her. And eyelash extensions.

I think it's just that there's a bit more color in her makeup on the MY STORY covers/photo shoots.

The black cover is better than the white cover but in my honest opinion, I don't like them. The covers makes her head look very big and alien-like. Maybe she have stuck to her A BEST cover but like with her eyes closed or something. I just hope the cover don't ruin her sales.....
