What do you classmates think of Ayu?

Haha~ At my school, Rap or Hip Hop or whatever is popular dominates, and I'm 'the asian who likes to listen to yumi sakisaki'... GODDAM THAT'S ANNOYING (Mind my language)

The only other person who loves ayu is in Year 12 and is leaving at the end of the year WOO I shall be the single ayu lover in my whole school~

I remember I was bullied, like, 2 and a half years ago because I liked Kelly Clarkson and Gwen Stefani. Now, that I've been listening to JPop for 2 years, only a select few people know about it and I'm really cautious about who I share my MP3 player with.

lolz..for me i got to know ayu when i was in secondary school though i really cant rmb how i got to know her..anyway, those days as a student doesn't allow me to have so much money to own many CDs blah blah blah <i hope i dont sound old> so i juz listen to the radio!?! yeah chinese song, rarely english songs though XP so i dont really talk much abt ayu & her songs though i still bought RAINBOW, her latest album at that time etc etc but i did put her pic at my desk then sometimes my teacher will come over & ask who is she & i'd reply is ayu-a jpop singer then they'll like walk off lookin blurrish hohoho..my closer frens listens to jpop/jrock/cpop/kpop/epop etc etc so i guess it's alright..?

now that im working then i'd buy more of ayu stuffs then sometimes my colleagues will wonder how come i like ayu so much haha..though they may jokingly/tease me say that ayu is outdated BUT still!!!! that makes me uphappy, close to angry!?! once my colleague actually did somethin which is abit erm...nonsensical..

sometimes people can be so brutal about the interest of another person..how can they stay so disrespectful? Why must they tease...insult something or someone that another person like just because they don't like it? one of my friend used to say Ayu was a porn artist...she's got 100 surgeries done on her face...and it just made me tear up...she didn't realise how it felt when someone you admired so much was being talked about that way...from that time, I came to know that not everyone will respect what you like..and they will say things about it..but now i just learn not to bother about them,

there are also thougtful friends who understand why I like Ayu, and they respect her as my idol...but they just found it weird that I need to constantly update her news and log on to her forums and all...they ask me stuff like " why do you always have to go to this forum?" " OMG not her again...aren't you bored looking at her everyday?"
Yeah...being an Ayu fan ,,you have to sacrifice and endure....I think you need to have that quality as an Ayu fan.

One more thing, I get super piss off when non-jpop listeners tell me that they prefer BoA or Namie amuro when they heard that I liked ayu...

And the thing is that, they don't even listen BoA or Namie amuro's music!!! (I gt nothing to say if they are BoA/Namie fans)... But the fact is that they commented that BoA/Namie is better than ayu without a single knowledge about them...

And everytime if you mentioned ayu, they'll probably drag out BoA, namie or koda kumi's name to dissed you.... Just by the tone of it, u'll know they are not real fans of boa/namie.... They just wanna put ayu down..... (well, take it that they are jealous)

And one message to all u here, if they insult ayu in your face again... Just say this to them :

She might be a loser in your eyes.... but she's an inspiration to millions out there all over the world... Ayu's a legend, even boa/namie/koda kumi hasn't reached that level yet..

Err, I left school some time ago, but why be ashamed of listening to Ayu? If people make fun for you having a broader interest in music than them... well, thats their problem, not yours.

Hey when i told my japanese teacher that i support ayu he said that too, but that doesn't stop me from supporting ayu. I told him that ayu still has an impact on japan's industry, this year is her tenth anniversary and it's certainly not an easy task to reach this far. And even though ayu is not popular as compared to 2002 but she's still selling quite well now

I despise those who despise guys who like female singers...they really need some medication to cure their absurd mentality. I made it a point to others that i idolize ayu and there's nothing wrong with it at all

At first when i told them about my music , they called me weird and i got angry, but then i began thinking , why should i pay attention to critics of persons who really don't know good music because, honestly, all they listen to is reggaeton ...no offense but i hate it!

Well, I'm not in school anymore (haven't been for a long time), but my friends that I have introduced Ayu to for the most part, like her and think she's cute/sexy/stylish. One of my friends calls her A-yummy Ham-sammich, and he loves her~ xD
