I wasn't planning on buying the album because I kept hearing so many mixed reviews, but after hearing the previews I'll definitely be buying it. The tracks on the Deluxe Edition didn't sound very great to me, so I'll just be buying the regular edition, which is great because it's cheaper and actually has a decent cover.

i think PVs' DVD will be included in the spanish version of the album, which will be released in February 2009, as she did with B'Day Deluxe Edition.
maybe she releases another Antology Video Album, as she did with B'Day :S

So Beyonce just sang "If I Was A Boy", or whatever it's called on Saturday Night Live. The performance was good enough but the sound control/volume was too low and I see why they would want to tone it down with her screaming/belting, but it was TOO LOW, especially for the verses.

So I'm sure she'll be singing "Put A Ring On It" or whatever it's called at the end.

The awkward thing about the performance though was that she kept looking at the camera. I see what she was going for, it as more about the camera and people at home than the live audience, but again, the camera switches and stares were just awkward.

EDIT: By the way, when I say "Look at the camera", I don't mean just looking straight forward into the camera. I'm talking different camera angle transitions to the left, right over and over again. It was just awkward. Yeah, best word to describe it.

I was surprised by the Parody. I didn't think they would get Beyonce to act in any skits. She did do better than I would have thought she would have though.

She looked funny at the end of the skit with that little dance she was doing. Michael Jackson-esque maybe. I don't know if that was scripted and rehearsed or if she did it on the spot. Looked like it was on the spot. Just random stuff and movements.

I bought the regular edition today at Target, and I'm very impressed. The ballads are all great, and I love most of Sasha's side as well. Diva's chorus is a little irritating so I think that still has to grow on me a bit, and I don't care for Video Phone that much, but everything else is incredible.

Thank GOD!!! I LOVED her first solo album, and then B-Day came out and I fell in love with most of that album, and when I heard If I Was A Boy I was like eww...I didn't like it at first, but after seeing the music video I'm in love with it. Honestly, imo this is her best album yet!!! and I'm hoping people forget about Rihanna for the next 2 years, cause I'm sick and tired of her *** I like her music but the way she's being flaunted around this year is irritating!!! Anyways go Beyonce!!! Still weird the 2nd half of the album is called "Sasha Fierce"...LOL
