That's a title that she added herself. The staff can choose their own titles. You can ask her what it means if you'd like (I don't remember off the top of my head).

Special initiates are: retired staff, donors, anyone who performs a special service for AHS (e.g. our IRC channel host, ayumi1).

Question "rank" is that what you call it?
im just curious, how does one go up a "rank" or whatever you call it. "level up" if you will. hehe cos my stars dont have color! lonely...
