Does anyone know where I can find this specific Endless sorrow remix?

This is the only place I could find that had this version of Endless sorrow and as you can tell it is very LQ and choppy. I know that on streaming there's the radio edit of the remix on Dearest but I really would like to find an HQ (or at least less LQ version) of the full club mix. I read somewhere that it was only released on limited promo vinyl records, but there's gotta be someone or somewhere with a better quality rip of it...

I thiiiink I found it? It's not the exact same length as the one uploaded on youtube (9:11 instead of 9:34) and I haven't listened to the whole thing to compare.
