Who... even if it's speculated to be a song for her grandma who passed away, the song only talk about some beloved one that is far away... in the end it's used as her main fan song:

There are a few songs that seem very obviously about death, such as untitled ~for her~ or HEAVEN. But songs like Dearest... I really think it's up to how you interpret it. There are so many songs that COULD be about death, but on the other hand, Ayumi could just be dramatically telling a story about a lost love. So it's all how you look on certain ones.
