It's from the Playstation 2 game of Ayumi.

Actually it looks slightly different than the game, so maybe from the concert DVD of the concert used for the game

No, its actually from DOME TOUR 2001 DVD. Just click "angle 2" on your remote while watching UNITE! to switch to that.

I noticed when I played more of it that it had to be from the dvd, but most of that footage was used in the game too. I used to own it before selling my PS2.
