　ショッキングな告白に驚いた。ずっと前からあゆファンを広言している真央。アイスショーのツアーで北海道 に滞在していた５日、浜崎の左耳の悪化を報じる新聞を目にした。悲しいニュースだった。真央は「頑張って歌 い続けてほしい」と周囲に語っていたという。普段から浜崎の曲をＢＧＭに滑っている。練習拠点を米国に移し た当初、環境に慣れなかった時期も浜崎の歌を聴いて勇気づけられた。思い入れは強いよう。

from my understanding, mao is a figure skater from a high school. (age 17) she is also a big fan of ayu. After hearing the news about ayu's hearing loss, she got worried about ayu. During her skating practice where she opened the rink to the public, she played ayu's latest album GUILTY while warming up/practicing and also played evolution at the end (when she cools down?). She said she's been a fan of ayu for a long time and when she heard the news about her hearing loss, she was surprised about her confession. Something happened to mao before and that she was encouraged by listening to ayu's songs.

I actually feel the same about GUILTY. The thought of Ayu producing the entire album with her being deaf on one ear just really strikes me regarding how talented she is at not only her music, but her lyrics. I can't help but feel like crying every time I hear untitled ~for her~ and its lyrics. Amazing.

I can totally relate to what Mao Asada is saying of Ayu.
