There's a lot of work in covers. Some artists just tend to not work as hard as others. Since Ayu rarely does official covers on releases, I think it's safe to say that she'll work hard on this song. I expect nothing less of her.

It means that no one wanted to take the time to write a new song for this release. That's laziness. It's her 49th single, part of a quick release project to celebrate her 50th single. Why is a song by someone who's NOT Ayu in here? It annoys me x_x...

I like that cover in the newspaper article better than the regular CD-only

isn't there supposed to be "unused covers" with L? maybe that's it. Or maybe there will be a tour version of crossroad (and maybe L) available at the special final live featuring that cover

yes. covers are lazy. I can understand doing them, like, in concert. Or on a tribute album. but on your releases in place of a new song?

It also makes me feel like TK was too lazy to compose her a new song

Wow cover...SEVEN DAYS WAR definitely has links to the 7 day concert and probably the fight to her 50th single like someone said..cool idea. I totally dun get the covers though...her expression looks like something shinomura will do....and he has done photos like that as well...

I'm referring to everyone who goes in a "This is terrible, worse than S/S!"-rant every time something new comes out, haha. It's like get over that already. I have this feeling that in 5 years people are still going to be complaining that X release has worse covers than S/S and it's just gonna keep going like this... ugh.

And what the heck at the different cover...? I wonder what that'll be for?

I forgot to say I really like the idea of not having ayu in blossom PV though. And I will be glad if it is really a sad PV so as to contrast with the song.

It looks like in the covers she isn't even wearing any false eyelashes this time, or if she is they aren't as extreme.. like how they were in the MOON/blossom covers. I really like that!

I think seven days war sounds great, especially for her! If you really think about it though, Vogue-Far Away-Seasons weren't exactly massive pop songs either, so I'm not surprised most of these songs are a bit more mid-tempo. The cover is very '80's, I'm not really a big fan.. I like the M/b covers more.
Oh well.

L is also her first triple-A in a long time. MOON/blossom was a double-A... So I guess that about covers them all!
