I belive it's officially a best of album, not entirely sure. It was stated that (miss)understood was the best selling original album (non best/collection album) untill the release of DEF TECHS album.

I think officially, JE called it an "album". Not sure.

I just wouldn't go so far in saying that it's a best album. That's all. You can call it "half-original/half-best" or just an original album.
