because... it's at 8:00 at night and it's most likely going to last until 9:00 or 9:30, and by the time I get back from SF, it's probably going to be close to midnight or later D: it's going to be just me and my friend traveling all the way to SF, and then back on the MUNI bus and the caltrain. it's dangerous....and my friend's mom will most likely say no, as well as my dad. we just need a ride there and back....it's very complicated because my dad is the only one that can drive us...but we wont know if we can go or not until January...and by then the tickets will be sold out...

well, the thing about bringing in cameras and sneaking pictures...

these are going to be pretty small venues, not gigantic arenas, so i would be really afraid that if i took a picture it would be easy for them to see me and kick me out!!!

Don't turn your flash on. haha

I'm definitely taking mine and at least getting videos of one or two of the performances. I'll take some non-flash pictures too. If there are lots of flashes going on and no one gets in trouble, I'll probably turn mine on too.

But I have a nice snazzy Lumix with a dark setting that works verrry well.

^^They may... if it's IDJ doing it. But if it's the venue, I highly, highly doubt it. 'No cameras' is like a general rule for all concerts, but they don't ever really enforce it; especially in these small venues. It's not like at Ayu's concerts where they go through your bag and stuff.

really? All the major concerts I've been to, they at least check your bags...even the smaller venues...

but it might be because most of the concerts I've been to are in majorly populated areas.

It's not hard to sneak stuff in anyways lol even if they frisk you.

The last concert I went to, we were able to sneak a DVD Camera in! XD It was in a venue similar in size to these ones with a band playing that is about as popular as Utada is. And it was in Pittsburgh, which is a pretty populated area.

Whats the point of brining a camera anyway? Its so unnecessary and more to worry about. I wonder if she'll do signings though. I'll bring a CD just in case

@DEEP RIVERI don't find it unnecessary. It's great to have photos and videos to enhance your memories of the concert... AND I'm sure the fans who can't make it to one of the concerts will REALLY appreciate photos and videos.

Especially since it's highly unlikely we'll get a DVD release.

@AyUta I think all the tickets will probably be sold out by the beginning of January.

On a different topic now... I found this guy who is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING pianist... And he did covers of both Hikari and Passion! They are SOOO good. *__*

HIKARI:

PASSION:

omg someone high five me! contradicting what I said a bit ago. I just bought 2 tickets for utada's new york performance! wooo!!!! so excited. I chose to have them sent to me through the mail. anyone know how long that'll take?. 5-8 business days? XD

someone should meet up with me! If I can, I'm dragging my friend along with me who hates utada. She loves k-pop and jrock/visual kei, so this is torture for her hahaha!! *evil laugh*
