Ayu to perform at CDTV 3rd April
ayu will be appearing on "CDTV 30th Anniversary I'm going to sing! Only the 1st place song festival" to be broadcast on TBS on Monday, April 3, from 6:30 p.m!

I'm super excited for it. Great and unexpected choice.

EDIT: She posted on Twitter the reason she chose that song. "Startin'" was her 26th single to reach #1, breaking the record for Japanese female artist with most #1 singles in history.

Honestly, I don't need another performance of her super iconic songs.
Startin' is a great song and the verses are good for her current voice. Wonder if lyrically the choice has meaning as well. I'm just gonna assume Startin' is part of the concert setlist now.

Iconic songs list is long. SEASONS is iconic but ok. HANABI is also iconic, I would rather her choose HANABI over Startin'
