Credit card & mu-mo
Hi, I want to order something from mu-mo and ship it to my friend who's studying in Japan for a year. But it keeps reject my credit card without any reasons.

I have just ordered from mu-mo with my credit card and there's no error like yours. You might need to check with your credit card company for more details. Before that, just check the details of your credit card again (number and date)

Happy to know that the problem is not from the site so I will able to purchase more from mu-mo when I can solve my card's problem. |

I would imagine that if you haven't ordered from mu-mo before, your credit card may not be set up for international transactions.

No, I had many international transactions in the past, such as Amazon, HMV, CDJapan, YesAsia etc.
Now I just wonder what the main reason since mu-mo request only card number and expired date and I'm sure that I put the right number. Maybe because the name in the address (of course, it's my friend's) and cardholder's name is not matched? |
