I think the album will have first week sales of just 200k it seems.

This is so surprising... I can't believe that Ayumi is starting to drop :'( (Hardly, but still... XD)

I think her next album will be really special. I think she's going to really promote the hell out of it and make it a 600k seller! =D Hopefully. Haha.

Dude, 200k is huge and almost what Rock'n'Roll Circus did, this isn't gonna sell more than 160k this week if things continue the usual way.

I know it's huge =D I just mean like... I just miss the good ol' days where she'd like... make MASSIVE! COLOSSAL SIZED SALES in one week haha =D

Solo artists just don't sell massively these days.
Love Songs sales are good.

The point was - Love songs won't most likely be able to reach those numbers this week and prolly not even in the one to follow (though it's a double week so I guess it's possible).

Hopefully tomorrow's M performance will bring some love to ayu and it will help a bit, even though it's not a song from Love songs.

Btw I think that the 2 combined weeks thing is cancelled.
Next week they won't update the charts (Love songs 2nd week) but they will give weekly rankings and will be back to update on 7th Jan or something like that.

The sale is quite disappointed. This is one of her best album by far. I hope the 1st week sale can reach 200,000.

There's M-performance, Kouhaku and CDL, hopefully sales will pick up a little around those time.

Disappointing 2nd day sales as well. If there was a good gap between RnRC and this I would understand, but this is a HUGE drop in sales given RnRC came out only 8 months ago. Things don't change THAT fast for her usually.

It is strange, but at the same time maybe it was just too soon. Plus people are shopping for Christmas so they may not have the money to spend on Ayu...

But that's not the point. Releasing two albums in succession TOO quickly can also damage sales. I know very little examples where albums released within 8 or less months of each other have ever NOT had a significant drop in sales : /

Actually I'm quite satisfied by the album sales and I don't think they're so bad at all.

IMO, sales have declined NOT necessarily because of a loss of interest in artist.

To me, what matters is her #1. I mean, if her entire first week sales were 20k, then #2 sells about 4k, that's still a HUGE accomplishment. Think about it.
