I used to use Effaclar by La Roche Posay on my face when I was on Accutane a couple of years ago and that'd really do the job. I also LOVE their lip moisturizer, it's pretty much the only thing that helps my chapped lips.

Try Chanel's Rouge Coco Lipstick in Cambon (31). Lovely colour and should be pretty close to hers It is one of my favourite colours <3
