Sure, I think the Staff should have screened his SNS and purged anything potentially controversial but it's such an extreme response that it looks like an excuse to hit at Ayu But since when have her staff effectively shielded her this century?

Well........hopefully those criticising Ayu have the cleanest pasts in the world

I think Ayu was 'responsible' in this case because she asked TA to go and mass follow/check out his social media resulting in the complaints but its really weird that they went as far as they did even putting out that statement on her page, lol.
