Just a quick question

I have a quick question in regards to my post number and initiate level.
Yesterday, I was a NEVER EVER Initiate and, with the stars under my name, the first one was a deep purple colour. Today when I logged in, I found out that I once again became a SURREAL initiate (as I was before). I am just confused as to what happened. Also, my post count decreased from what it was yesterday as well.
EDIT: my posts per day also decreased from 14.40+ to 13.97 in less than one day. I posted today and my initiate level went up back to what it was. My number of posts yesterday was 1,680ish, I'm sure. That is weird. Thats 60 posts, gone.
So my question is, what exactly happened? Why would the post count, post per day count and initiate count go down in one day? Makes no sense. It is my birthday, but what a weird present.
Thank you for taking the time to read my question!

PS: If this problem somehow resolves by itself (IE I magically go back to my number of posts as yesterday (1680ish I think), I am terribly sorry for making this post and feel free to delete it. Thank you very much.

Do you post a lot in the "what's on your mind" thread? It was moved to posting games like it always is, and the posts in there don't count.

^No, it was stored in the Posting Games Forum forum.

People would have triple their posts if the threads there counted.

I really never got why people care how high their post count is though. :/

I post way too much in that thread.

But yeye, basically as Emi has said - the threads like "What's on your mind?" and "What makes you happy today?" etc, all get moved to the Posting Games forum once they reach 500+ posts. Once a thread gets moved there, the posts stop counting towards your overall post count. It's to counteract the issue people brought up when we first started making these more conversation-friendly threads; since the worry of spam and stupidly high post counts were voiced. Moving them to that area of the forum solved that.

Everyone already answered it perfectly for me.

Yeah, it's because I moved that thread to the Posting Games Thread since it was full, and when that happens all your posts in that thread get removed from your official post count.
