I think it's a message to fans. He's asking fans to listen to KYHD with an open mind (as in, do not take the lyrics too much to your heart).
About his "I'm just hoping to be ... I close my eyes, ears.",
I think he means he'll stop reading fan comments and media reports about the lyrics being against JYJ. See no evil, hear no evil.
Jaejoong once admitted on a tv show that he logs into forums and reads fan comments, so I wouldn't be surprised that he did again. Also, he left those comments in English, which means he wanted all fans to know his message.

Regarding their relationship with TVXQ, they stated, “We have tried contacting Yunho and Changmin, but we weren’t able to reach them. Everyone has their own personal agendas to tend to. We’re not just any old relationship that was together for a year or two. There aren’t any misunderstandings towards the two. Even though we’re apart, we trust that they know our genuine honesty.”

They continued, “We’ve already saw it a few times in other interviews, but we really do wish that they do well and show amazing sides of themselves. There is something upsetting about them coming out under the name of TVXQ, since we’re TVXQ too.”

On the topic of their lawsuit against SM Entertainment, the three further added, “We’re handling everything as best as we can since they’re all things we expected once we decided to leave SM. It’s difficult, but we’re trusting it to resolve itself and thinking positively.”

It’s not like we’ve only been together for a year or two, we’ve been there for each other at our hardest, most difficult, and most passionate, all striving for one goal. OMG O_O this thread moving REAL FAST!!
i've listened to TVXQ's new album!
I love almost all the songs!
My least favorite song is Our Game and Maximum..
all the ballads are EPIC!
and Yunho's Honey Bunny Funny is really so different from what i've expected before lol~
it's really a romantic song towards a girlfriend~ how sweet~

Okay I finished listening to the album .. It's soo good <3 I liked all the tracks except our game (tho I think it'll grow on me sooner or later) .. It flows really well and all the tracks have this ~mature~ feel. My favorite songs are maximum and crazy (I want to make love to it why is it so good !!!) and how can I. The solos were also pretty Impressive.
So yeah I'm really satisfied
