Aww, I'm late to chime in, but I'll add my $.02.
I know I'm beating a partially dead horse, but I also thought of P!nk's album "M!ssundaztood" (great album btw) when I saw the title. It's just. . . I really can't see it as an Ayu title. "STEP you," "fairyland," and "Bold & Delicious" weren't totally out there, but "(Miss) Understood" is poor. Perhaps the lyrics of the album will support the title. Even "Bold & Delicious" is a more fitting album title, lol. |

^my name's WOMEN was totally out there though. I still don't understand why it wouldn't be an ayu title? She created things like LOVEppears, she loves to make those sorts of playing around with english words. Be it poor or not, ayu is not a native english speaker like probably a lot of people have created a false image that she actually is fluent. Bold & Delicious, Free & Easy sound really weird, Heartplace, as a word, doesn't really exist. Ayu loves to create titles like that, which makes it indeed an ayu title, as worse as it might sound.
What I would not consider to be an ayu title would be swearing/cursing, titles written in japanese words, or very long titles like the ones Britney Spears had for most of her songs at the beginning of her career.

For some reason it really hurts to say "(miss) understood." Honest. The only other time I've cringed at a title was Britney Spears' "I'm A Slave 4 U" because I also don't like numbers and shorthand (you = u) in song titles. |

Well about the title, I believe ayumi got a reason to use (miss) understood and I think we should wait for her explanation before saying it's boring, unoriginial, etc.

It is a very Ayu-ish title, I think, and I hope the booklet and cover contain pictures of her with black hair. The Vivi photoshoot was really really nice, even some of those pictures would be great in the album. Oh yes, the photobook as well! I forgot about that. I wonder if she's done the photoshoot already?
