^ Same with me, I'm always so impressed just how organized Tomoko must be to execute these dualities so well, plus all the extra stuff when she did brilliant green stuff as well. Cupcake angels isn't bad, but I find I'm actually preferring Ice Cream Devils, it's very classic heavenly. CA is classic February, but there are only a few songs I like from February anyway. I wonder if she'll ever do any more PVs. The ones from TOMMY ICE CREAM HEAVEN FORVER I think are her most recent and they were kind of low-budget looking.

Tried to watch lives of her. But this is worse than recent mika Nakashima lives. Why can't the girl sing?

Oh, those early brilliant green lives hurt to watch, and I say that as a brilliant green and Tommy fan. I think she once said it's due to an insane amount of nerves but who knows.

I have the superterra 2000 live DVD and I suspect that's the reason they turned it into a documentary DVD and used a different song from each show, whatever sounded passable with the least editing I'd guess (tho she says she records analog to tape and avoids digital editing??).

She sounds a little better on the heavy starry heavenly tour but not by much. That's probably why she does like one show every few years (plus HYDE's halloween thing) but nothing is ever released.

Is the heavy starry tour available to watch or download?

I also have always wondered why she sings so bad in live lol But after all this years, she's the only Japanese artist I do care about. Her music is so well produced, so polished. My bloody knee high socks has been my new jam this month.

^ no, heavy starry tour was never officially released, but it aired on space shower once. I have the clips, PM me if you want them. She still sounds off key for a lot of it though

Not majors news but still. She posted that thing on Instagram where you can ask things and someone (me included) asked her if she’s done releasing albums to which she answered “not at all”. Many fans on Twitter got excited as well. Hope we got something this Halloween too.

^ that’s good to hear. I thought she stepped back from releasing music to focus on that group? she formed with those 2 or 3 girls. And to focus on house of Tommy goods. I follow her on LINE and there’s been zero indication of new music, just the new goods

Not to sound like a total weeaboo but I've started watching Gintama and the first opening is "pray". I miss her whole Heavy Starry Heavenly era, that album is so iconic.

^ Love that album. Heavy Starry Heavenly has some really great tracks and some really forgettable songs (IMO). I found Tommy from Gintama also, so I really like Pray, and Heavy Starry Chain is great as well. I love the dualities in her PVs, with February getting drunk and dreaming of Heavenly. Her album Halloween Addiction is her most interesting, I think, "plot wise", because it's a whole story narrated by JJ in English and the music is really supporting the story in an interesting way.
