Yoko is one of my favorite artists.

Ishida Yoko (石田燿子) is a Japanese pop singer. Ishida made her debut in music after winning the contest Anime Song Singer Contest in 1992. She would soon after release her first single, "Otome no Policy", the third ending theme for the anime Sailor Moon.

Ehhhhh...I'm not so sure I would classify myself as a fan anymore, I kind of grew out of her, but I saw her in concert/met her back in 2005 and she was lovely. Are you a fan from her Sailormoon stuff, or...?

When I listened to the first video you posted, my aural memory told me than I know this voice. I checked on nautiljon to know where I already heard her. She sings the opening of Ah My goddess! She has a nice voice! Maybe I should try some of her albums as I don't find any good new singer at that moment!
