"If you are so eager to talk tell it to your moms, boys." All I hear here is "stop complaining and come out already!" Which is completely amazing. |

These lyrics kind of remind me of something Koda would say (the "mama" and "boys" part, I mean).
Sassy Ayu. I like this attitude! |

To me, the lyrics are more directed at controlling, chauvinistic men. It's like she's saying they are really just mama boys. I didn't pick up on her telling gays to come out and be themselves at all. Maybe just me. But I think in the music video, her having fun in the gay bar is kind of like letting loose and being free from the type of guy she's describing about in the lyrics. The "guy" sounds very needy and controlling indeed!
Because your heroic story is Filled with exaggerations And no more in the original shape Isn't it ? * Sorry, but keep silent please I can't hear our voices If you are so eager to talk Tell it to your moms, boys I think the "our voices" she's referring to her "girls" (you know, having a girl's night out). But in the video the twist is her "girls" are the gays. |

I changed the parts you pointed out, according to your suggestions. Thank you. Do your sleep talking during sleep --> If you do sleep-talking, do so in your sleep tired of --> tired from keep silent --> shut up move out of the way --> clear the way I think I don't have to make a note that "negoto" has two meanings. Because I think everyone will understand that "sleep-talking" in this song is not the actual "sleep-talking". |

Hi masa, is it better if you change "moms" here to "mamas"? I think there's more attitude in it, and it follows the original lyrics more as well... there's also that attitude/informal vibes that the rest of the song has as well (^_^)

^ Thanks masa-san for your work !! As for the note about "negoto", that's OK. I leave it to your decision. I am just anxious that "sleep-talking" might not have the meaning of "nonsense" while "negoto" has two meanings. (Additionally, I'm not 100% sure if "sleep-talking" means what you say in your sleep, though I'm sure that it means the action itself of talking in a sleep. OK, this is what I'd like to confirm in the thread of 1 LOVE.)

Well, this thing keeps bugging me :
is the "booya-tachi" means Boys? I remember something from the lyrics of Sparkle, when Ayu said "Boys-tachi" What's the difference from both of them? I mean "booya-tachi" and "Boys-tachi" I thought it's Booya = Boy while Boys-tachi = Boys? Isn't "-tachi" is for something plural? Like "watashi" is "I" and "watashi-tachi" is "Us" Anyone could explain this?

"Boys-tachi" is a grammatically wrong word, and usually Japanese people don't say like that. And as for "bouya", this word actually has a nuance of making fun of the person, when you say this word to an adult or a young man. (The nuance of "You are childish".)
