i think the word "heartplace" fits the lyrics, so she probably did make it up.

But really it's just a word Ayu (or someone on her team) thought of, I believe. The place where your heart is or wants to be, maybe? That fits the lyrics just fine

Yeah i like the title/this song alot. The message means alot to me (well assuming that was Ayu's message, it may have more than one meaning!)

She created the word but its not difficult for English people to work out what she's meaning. A place of your own where you are free / happy / true to your heart.
