My ticket ordering problem is resolved. If someone made the same mistake, I mean making an application through Japanese TeamAyu lottery site and being unable to pick up the ticket delivered by security mail, the solution is simple: just make new application on English site, it will be the only one that counts. You will pay by credit card and pick up your ticket on the day of concert at TeamAyu booth by showing your passport and digital license. In case if you win of course;-)
Here's the reply of customer service:
“Your previous order from Japanese website still appears in your records but only your last order will go in to the lottery system.
There is no need to cancel your previous order."
So that's what they meant by writing that you can't order from both sites simultaneously: only your latest order is valid whether it was on Japanese or English site.

1. It's almost the time for first show so it could be one of the main rehersals with costume changes etc so it could be in order already

2. It fits Ayu's general pattern, staples are where staples often are, etc

3. It follows the CDL pattern, the order of songs from CDL is similar e.g.
