Ayumi/Avex in Second Life

Not sure if anyone else has been around to see this, but I spotted an advertisement for Ayumi's Mirrorcle World single in Second Life at the avexisland sim a couple of days ago.

It's strange that they haven't posted this there until now because back when the single came out ads for BoA's new album were everywhere in the sim.

Yup, Avex has a sim in Second Life, but usually I don't see anyone there. (I'm assuming it's because of the time difference...and there's no music playing. ) If you're in SL and want to see, just go to the Map and put in "avexisland" as the region name.

My friends and I call it a "glorified chat room." It looks like a video game in a way, but we use it to talk to each other & hang out. (I say LOOKS like a video game, although most descriptions say it IS one. I've seen people take calling it a game as an excuse to do some really stupid things to others...) I have pictures here.

I'm actually a member of Avex Island there (I was invited by one of the staffmembers a while ago) so I'm keeping my eyes open for Ayuparties. the last part was at 4/8. Loads of ayusongs were being played, 75 ppl were there and you could see the Mirrorcle World PV and all =) And you could buy all kinds of ayu stuff (bags, sambas, fans, lights, etc)

I wonder if one can get in the Avex group without an invite? But then it's probably all in Japanese. lol

Actually 75 people is really good for a party in SL. There's only so many people a sim can handle before it either stops allowing people to enter it or it crashes. (each sim is one server) XD I usually see about 20-35 people at a party.
