Also, dorayaki is a kind of confectionary with a pancake-like texture and red bean filling. Kinchaku is a kind of drawstring pouch meant to match a kimono or a yukata. So dorayaki wrapped in kinchaku will be sold at the concert venues, which sound like a good follow-up to ayu chips!
