Multi-angle on DVDs

I've been surfing around the Internet and I found out that older Ayu live DVDs have the multi-angle feature on it where they show what happens backstage during the costume change.

Here's an example:


Skip to 4:40.

I would like to ask where I can find downloads for just these or full concerts but with this feature in it. Thanks!

concert tour 2000 part 1 is only one with back stage angle
part 2 has big screen angle where you can watch those animations
other few concerts has also diffrent camera angle for some performances but I dont remeber which one
