The position of Helper is currently available for applications! This role will see you become part of the staff team at AHS and aid in maintaining forum rules, post quality and the general organisation of reports, threads and suggestions. You will join an experienced and varied team of people and have the opportunity to actively contribute towards the upkeep and improvement of the forum. You will be expected to participate in staff discussions and be active on the forum at least 3-4 times a week.

Description of role

• Taking responsibility for 2-3 forums of choice - moderating as following AHS guidelines, contributing to general forum upkeep i.e: locking full threads, communicating and help members with queries and/or suggestions when necessary.
• Giving feedback and discussing ideas and issues with the moderator team in regards to AHS
• Helping to keep discussion active and on-topic in chosen forums
• Making sure you are available on-forum at least 3-4 times a week

Requirements

• Membership of at least six months
• Active on the forum at least 3-4 times a week
• 400 posts +
• Has been a positive contributor consistently throughout membership
• Willingness to discuss and put forward ideas in staff topics
• Preferred: Previous interest in reporting posts and/or communicating with moderators with queries/suggestions
