Doubt it'll help, really. Besides, as it's not so much the general public that buys her singles, I'm sure people are in the know about the consecutiveness (is that even a word? lol) of her singles!

maybe it is nice she don't preform it. so if she will do tour 2011 their will be a bunch of new songs. probably from a new ablum and from 48th and 49 th AND 50th singles. So maybe it is fun if she preform the songs then. just my opinion
