Anyhow i do think it was quite obvious that the release of a greatest hits album was just bound to sell more with the announcement at the time. At least avex has been happy. Although I didn't think there was some drastic change in the japanese music industry. But I guess there is (?) |

LOL.....saving Avex they mean. Korea's music business is worse than Japan's. Why do you think all the Koreans are going on a mass exodus over in the first place?

No its not THAT bad....its just not going anywhere that quickly....Korean idols are so popular....why not try to make as much money as they can while they're hot? Therefore they're trying to expand into the 2 countries with the most successful music industries.....the US and Japan. 0_o

Personally I think Tohoshinki is a exceptional case of extreme popularity of a Korean boy band in Japan. Not every Korean boy bands do good in Japan.
I think Anime music has always been a large part of Japanese music sales. |
