Well, DVD's don't really matter. Ayu's been #1 or #2 for most if not all of her DVDs. [except ST02 and AT02. Those came out at the same time as COMPLETE LIVE BOX which sold like 10x as much as each of them since it was a good value.]

This DVD should reach around 80,000 copies. Though I'm wondering if each DVD is gonna keep selling less than the previous year.

They should bring back the 3 DVD concept.

I'm sure (m)u tour sold more than ms tour so there's still hope. I was expecting higher sales too since it's her first ever asia tour and all that. But i think the relatively low sales can be attributed to her only making 16 stops in japan, the unwise editing decision and not so impressive concert. Sorry i know many ahs pple loved it but i found it quite unoriginal and flat. It's a nice watch but uninspiring for me.

I also think it wouldn't hurt to have more lighting on stage. (m)u concert was so bright and cheerful right from the start!

MY STORY sold more on the Oricon charts despite having sold less in the first week.

Since then, she's been selling a LITTLE bit less as each DVD comes out.

[However, most of her DVDs have been ranked Gold on RIAJ with 100,000+ shipments]

Really? I guess wiki is not a very good source for DVD numbers. I watched asia tour 07 for the second time today and perhaps i did it a slight injustice. Kiss 'o kill was wonderful and ayu was much more involved in dancing than previous concerts. I'm glad it's still charting! It's passed 75k!

Wiki is definitely not a good source for information.

Like, there are a lot of numbers that people just use because someone made them up and the source they give is just a random avex press release about sales in general, not Ayu.

Albums.

They generally sell 10x more than the DVDs, or even more.. however some artists barely well 10k with their albums, so sometimes DVDs are profitable..
