Yamada Ryosuke of Hey! Say! JUMP Covers anan’s “Ai to SEX” Issue'

On August 5, anan will release its annual “Ai to SEX” issue, and this year’s coverboy is Hey! Say! JUMP‘s Yamada Ryosuke!

Yamada worked out at home during the coronavirus stay at home measures, so it was a pleasant surprise when anan approached him to do this year’s issue. He said that in the ten days before his gravure shoot, he restricted his food and water intake in order to show off his body better. Yamada said that this photoshoot shows off his usual sex appeal, but with something new added.

Yamada’s “Ai to SEX” issue has a theme similar to “Romeo and Juliet”, featuring a love story between him and woman. One of the photos in the shoot features Ryosuke in the shower, showing his body down to his groin.

Hey! Say! JUMP's new song picked up as theme song for drama 'Kiwadoi Futari'

Hey! Say! JUMP's new song "Your Song" has been picked up as the theme song for TBS's drama 'Kiwadoi Futari -K2- Ikebukurosho Keijika Kanzaki Kuroki' that's scheduled to premiere in September.

'Kiwadoi Futari' is based on a novel by Yokozeki Dai originally titled 'K2 Ikebukurosho Keijika Kanzaki Kuroki,' which won the '56th Edogawa Ranpo Award.' The story revolves around two detectives, Kanzaki Ryuichi (Yamada Ryosuke from Hey! Say! JUMP) and Kuroki Kenji (Tanaka Kei), as they investigate brutal crimes that occur in the Ikebukuro area.

"Your Song" is described as a song for family, siblings, lovers, and friends that you continue to love no matter the change in times. Yamada commented, "It's a very heartwarming song with a medium ballad tune."
