The Box set can be purchased on TA and on mu-mo and only the Box Set contains the CDL

You can also buy it as a proxy item on CDJapan, they'll buy it from mu-mo for you and send it on. Here is a link to the 2 Blu-ray version, but they also have the DVD one listed as well.

I just checked another link, as I kind of doubted they'd go as far as making EVERYTHING pink.
Came across this link (features the last 70 minutes of the show) and while there are still too many effects for my taste (especially the mirror one – I know it's supoosed to reference the video but eh), it's definitely better.
