^ Well, on Amazon at least its started getting complaints. Notice that the 2 five star comments were made long before the DVD track list was actually known. The most recent ones are all 1 star. Still only a few comments total though.

well.. hopefully these other artists will have an "A COMPLETE" with their a-nation unreleased performances thus, these bad setlists (2008/09) wouldn't be annoying for me XD

I think it's a bit weird that Ayumi gets all of her songs, I will not complain.
Hasn't A-Nation been Ayumi's showcase from the start of A-Nation?
With her being the final act for all her appearances, and her being the final act on the final day,
I always feel like A-Nation just builds up for her ending~~!

I am also pretty sure that Ayumi is not behind the scenes as an evil scientist,
Saying "No other act shall be given time!! The popularity is mine, mine, mine!!"
Especially since she openly promoted Tohoshinki with her towel during the actual performance.
Even reading those suggestion make me laugh out loud seriously. ww

I also believe that many of these artists requested for their footage not to be included,
Or decided by the producers not to be included so they could be included in releases for these artists.
I am pretty sure we will see a DVD with Tohoshinki's performances on it.

And I read somewhere in the beginning pages, but yeah, WOWOW is a pay to see cable channel,
And also not many people can find A-Nation movies on the internet because Avex is taking them down quickly,
So I think most people have not seen A-Nation movies yet.

Anyways, Im glad about this~~it's more exposure for Ayumi~
I cant wait for next year!

^ Not originally no. The first A-Nation I think was in 2000 (but it was called something else then) and Ayu at the time was treated as a regular performer. Also back in the 90s Avex used to have a summer festival called Avex Dance Matrix which was basically the precursor to the A-Nation we know now.

About the Tohoshinki towel thing. It was a nice gesture on Ayu's part. I think the suggestion that she did it at least partially to get the audience on her side though has at least some merit to it - there were a lot of Tohoshinki fans in that audience.

^ Someone posted the sales from the last 2 years and basically they sell like crap. Last year the sales went up by a few thousand copies when they included all the Ayumi performances, but last year they also hadn't shown all her performances on tv first (or did it? my memory is rusty about last years), so I guess we will have to wait and see how the sales turn out this year.

It is a little bit strange that everyone else has 1 song and Ayu has the most time. But I'm not going to complain. In my opinion, her performances were some of the best. So congratulations to Ayu. I won't be buying it, though. No money.

Lol imo this is nice But I understand why some are upset. It is a little unfair. I think, for AHS, this is a bit bad time for this because so many seem to despise Ayu or something and be in love with other artists.. ;

The original name of a-nation was Avex Summer Fest, I remember seeing a very LQ stream of Ayu performing Fly High in 2000 (?), however they only started releasing DVDs since 2003 as far as I know.

To people who are saying it's strange Ayu has more songs than the others - there is nothing strange about it as it's been like that for years, regardless of who was truly the most popular atm - get used to it.

Well, this makes up for the Japanese Tohoshinki fans

Quote:
On the 31st of October, Tohoshinki [TOHOSHINKI THE LIVE 2009] will be on giant screens in cinemas, showing their Tokyo Dome live, A-nation live, etc. It will be on at all 19 cinemas nationwide, which shows how influential and powerful Tohoshinki is right now.

All of Ayu songs? wow... I find it a bit disappointing.... It's good for me, because I love ayu, but I can understand that other people not.... It a little unjust.
