I kind of hope she keeps trying new things. I like to view her as an artist as opposed to a product. So, it'd be boring if she kept doing just what sold.

Of course, that's impossible in the market nowadays, but I can always dream. ^^

Yes yes. When she said about revisiting something from the past, I was thinking, "Ayu the coolest thing ou can do is to sample your past hits and turn them into greater songs".

Microphone (the title sounds so cool) and the gothic atmosphere is gonna be sooo nice. The beat does have that slight t2m feel. but yea, more of kiss o' kill, which is definitely not showcased more lol

if that's really her concept, then i'll love this album so much. Sad that some people will never get it..oh well

O yes, and if you guys rememer Sparkle, I swear the vocals in the CM and single were different. I'm thinking that we can expect a new set of vocals for the actual track. I mean, at least slightly polished. So I'm not complaining about it.

Actually, I feel like this was probably done before she left for London (CM song => usually PV song), so she probably would have rerecorded it either a) while in London or b) in Japan...

That makes sense ^_^ So I guess the song might've been re-recorded already xD Though that wasn't the case with NEXT LEVEL the last year ^^

Yeah, I know. I think NEXT LEVEL was fully recorded and done by that time, since when the PV was being filmed in America, the CM was already out in Japan...

I have looped this 400 times now.

Oh wow I cannot belive this! I just woke up and I dreamed that the album would be announced today (and the NL tour and a movie which is kind of strange

) and I knew this wouldn't happen but then I log in here and there is a new song preview!

And even though it is LQ you guys are right it sounds somewhat like Kiss o' kill and I LOVE that song so much...!

And I don't mind it. Yay for another rock song! I knew the whole punk look would give us something good.

And yeah, I do get a real Kiss' o 'Kill vibe when I listen to this. I like that song, so hopefully this will be good too!
And "Microphone".... I like it. It's different.

BTW, will this song play on the new Lumix commercials she's doing? Or do we get yet another new song?

I had a really bad day but this made me happy instantly

I love what I can hear from the preview. Can't wait for the song in full! The anticipation for new album grows again....

Oh and I like the title. It's really different and I'm curious how it will connect to the lyrics.
