Well, for the DVD, they usually do NOT give sales number data online...

I don't know why anyone would have even thought Ayu would get number 1 with her DVD when Arashi is only in their second week of sales. Honestly Ayu's shot at that number one was slim and none so I don't think anyone should have gotten their hopes up to start with.

Also, I wish everyone would quit blaming boy bands because "insert your favorite artist here" isn't doing as well as you want them to. Boy bands are not a fad in Japan. They are not a new thing. They did not come out of nowhere or something. Boybands have always been huge in Japan and will continue to be - they do not receive the same negative stigma here that many other countries apply to them.

#4. Seems like she's maintaining it!

Hmm... lol all these bringing in other artistes thing is really retarded... do we even need to compare? Sorry I don't think Ayu gives a **** about all these considering the status that she is now, so why are WE even so worked up that "omgz ARASHI beat her in the DVD charts."

Yeah ARASHI are Oricon chart Monsters. Suck it up.

Just on a side note.... ayumisrael,
Total Sales: 212,199+X+X
implies that the values of both the second and third day are the same >_>
i swear school made me do it.

I know what you mean; now school has poisoned our minds with perfectionism

I'm really curious about the sales for the past few days; I hope they can be found soon.

^ I agree... XD
So it would be better if it says 212,199+X+Y, wouldn't it? *lol*

Exactly! Since we don't even know if the second unknown day is more or less than the first unknown day, if its approx. half or double.

I suppose we'll have to wait and see what the numbers.

Question marks would certainly be good... I'll think about doing that in my maths exam next month when I don't know the answer

So when will we know how the sales are going?

Sorry, usually I only follow her first week sales. Never really care about the rest before. But thanks for replying.

Actually, on the chaku-uta charts, she has had some succes. I remember Mou Nidoto reaching number 1 and if I recall, Kiss Kiss Kiss also reached no. 1. Her physical sales are pretty ... eh ... pathetic, though.

Anyway, back on topic XD. It'd be great if her sales could stay steady for a while.

Must wait patiently then, ne?

This is so much more nerve wrecking! lol It feels strange just waiting around like 'how is it doing?' lol

yeah it's annoying to play the blaming finger game at the end of the day , nobody wins & people will bound to get pissed over nothing

as each year goes by , physical CD sales are getting from bad to worst . So nobody's spared from this 'curse'

Also , Johnny's do not sell well when comes to albums . It has been like that all the norm . Even KinKi Kids's J album's total sales are almost in the same vein as Rock'n'Roll Circus's 1st week sales or something like that , it's that bad

Singles sales they can nail it but they barely do squat for albums . ARASHI's All the BEST ! was an exception with it being a best album & all

I'm curious to see how their future 9th album's going to fare (that's when it will be out D: D: )

oh ....

I'm quite a new BENI fan even up to now so thanks for telling me about it . Mou Nidoto & KISS KISS KISS are nice but yeah those tanked terribly on Oricon

A friend has told me that Ayu has been #1 this week in The World Charts with 250,00 copies sold but I don't know where to find it !!!

So R'n'RC is the most seller album this week all over the world
