I think this makes a total of 3 of us that don't like the CDL cover. : / At first I was like, "holy wow! This is awesome!" But then I looked at it for a minute and changed my opinion. I agree with whoever it was that says it's over Photoshopped. And I'm not usually one to complain about that. The reason I AM complaining about it is that I think it makes it look significantly less beautiful. Awkward, in fact.

And I seriously think whatever's going on there with the Photoshopping or her eyebrows or something makes her look very manly. Not in a good way. I just can't get over it. x_x

But as for the M/B-B/M covers... I think they're wonderful. Not the best she's ever come up with by any means, but they're very visually pleasing. Warm colors and poses, a nice pose, light hair... I think they're sweet.

CDL picture is pretty awesome. I agree that her eyebrows are scary, but other than that, she looks pretty fierce.

I think the CD only pics for Moon/Blossom are better than the CD+DVD. I'm still not crazy about her facial expressions in any of the covers, but I think Blossom/Moon CD only picture is the best. I tend to like pictures that aren't closeups of faces.

I'm just reading the responses and it's so funny how things have flipped (for some) now that the other covers are out.

People who didn't like CD+DVD, love CD-only

People who loved CD+DVD, hate CD-only

and the majority seem to like CDL

Ayu's team really had no idea what they were doing with the MOON / blossom covers, did they? That font is so amateur, I'm in shock they actually paid someone to do that.

The CDL cover on the other hand is AMAZINGGG. Ayu, if you can put out amazing covers like this, why don't you do it all the time?! ):<

I feel that the same could be said for a lot of J-Pop covers and maybe even some Western acts as well. YUI's HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN has some really... really basic work, haha.

I suppose if you really stretch it, the blossom / MOON CD only cover with her full body shows more of the background which is kind of flowery in color and could be an interpretation of blooming flowers.

But that's a long stretch, lol. I'm still hoping for some other kind of explanation of it, as in the sleeve or the design of the CD itself or the plastic casing having some sort of imprint or whatever. Anything.

I don't see a problem with the font at all. In fact, I think it's a really pretty font... If you wanna see font ****** with a cover, go look at Utada's "This Is The One."

I don't like the font neither. Not because it's really basic, just because there's too much light around it (lol I don't know the proper name sorry) and it look hard to read. Well just in the CD+DVD cover, I mean.

I don't mind if a font looks basic , but it should be easily readable imho.

Yeah, I guess you could say that, but her exact words said that there were two different patterns/versions. (They use pattern for the cover jacket version usually, so a CD+DVD would be pattern A and CD only would be pattern B and so on.)

Maybe someone could ask her on Twitter? -mystery!-

I'd guess that they could use a different part of the shoot for the inner CD booklet which will probably have better photos than the covers, haha.

I like the CDL cover (hey, the text placement people do know what they're doing), but the eyebrows bug me (especially since Ayu's brow doesn't really extend that inward. It looks drawn on)

The Moon/Blossom and Blossom/Moon ....I like the coloring, and I think in general they're pretty covers (Although I wish she worn a different dress. This dress is making me think "nightgown"). But yeah...I really don't like the text (why does some of the "professional" photo retouchers out in the world seem worse than the amateur ones? But that's another rant for another day)

This said that that tje covers have been leaked before being in TA, and that if this happens TA is meaningless.

Ayu answers that this has happened before to and that she can't control it. And says she hope it will change in the future...
