According to interview in China, alan's 1st Japanese album is scheduled for MARCH 2009. Yes March, because THREE more consecutive Japanese singles will be released before that, including Gunjou no Tani.

The other 2 are likely the drama tie-in and Red Cliff Part 2 theme song (Drama is aired on TV in January and RC-P2 will be shown in Japan in April).
