SLT's pv is the one I have the hardest time liking, but I don't like avant garde stuff in the first place.
As far as pvs go, I rank: 1) Don't Look Back 2) Microphone 3) Lady Dynamite 4) Sexy Little Things For the songs: 1) Don't Look Back 2) Lady Dynamite 3) Sexy Little Things 4) Microphone Microphone, as a song, makes me remember Guilty (the album), which I never really got into. Maybe that will change eventually.

Question: What the heck is with people saying this album is better than the "crappy" NEXT LEVEL? It's so offensive! People did like NEXT LEVEL, and it's not even that bad of an album. I wonder if this is what people felt with MY STORY before (miss)understood or LOVEppears before Duty, or even RAINBOW before Memorial address.
They aren't even similar types of albums... -sigh-

IMO, it's hard to compare Ayumi albums because they all seem to come from a different place. I can't look at them and think, "well Guilty sucks compared to Next Level"...It's more like, I just haven't come to a point where I can appreciate Guilty yet. There's an Ayumi album for everyone.
RnRC looks like an alien falling out of the sky to me at the moment. We'll see what it's like when it's released and I can listen to it as a whole. lol |

I thought that NEXT LEVEL as an Ayu album was probably one of the more experimental albums she's done in years. It wasn't that polished, but it was still great. I love listening to it from start to finish, haha.
I'd say Ayu has no "bad" albums, just albums that get better and better with more listens. Even ASFXX grew on me, haha. I still have to watch the new PVs.. blaaah.

opinions are just opinions... as much as I am enjoying RnRC, IMO NL still is a better album... BTW, u disliking LOVEppears, RAINBOW and NEXT LEVEL that are somewhat similar albums shows that u just dislike this kind of music @_@ |

Never liked Next Level, never will. and this album isn't really shaping up for me either...it's kind of weird... Although Lady Dynamite pv gets an A+ in my book for the backup dancers burning it up like a gay parade while ayu is pumping it up and taking it all the way.

I liked Next level
 but well the pv for sexy little things i thought it was going to be freakier since the beginnig led me to think that and lady dynamite i thought ayu was partying in a s&m gay club  i liked microphone more dont look back loved it she looks sooo beautiful!

the whole hate for NEXT LEVEL is all about the interludes
blah blah blah 4 is too much blah blah blah and people said that she was trying so hard to be all next level which I don't get at all she never said that oh this album is so next level it was a regular album with regular songs just like all others I like NL I also love the covers too |

I think the same as GRACE... for me LOVEppears, RAINBOW and NL are my least fav albums (also a song for xx because of her voice), not that I don't like them, but I find the other ones more suitable for me... even though I listen NEXT LEVEL more than RAINBOW and LOVEppears LOL It's just about the style, lyrics, the motions...
it's just opinions and IMO it's always a bad thing to express opinions as statements.

I wonder about that as well. See the new album isn't out yet and they've already placed NEXT LEVEL as a crappy album. I actually think NL is a decent album.
Do people think LOVEppears as crap before Duty released as well? I remember that people actually couldn't adjust the new tune of Duty..
