was it temporary problem? I tried to open links and didn't find any "Shipping within Japan Only". I can add it to card and can calculate shipping to Russia

Are they really going trough with this.
This is just moronic from their part. Who ever handles their buisness decisions failed miserably

Tenso is not affected by the ban because it's considered shipping within Japan. But their shipping options just don't compare to how inexpensive and fast the shipping is directly from Amazon.co.jp

Does the ban apply to any sale or just if you buy it from Amazon?
I doubt secondhand/used items would count. I've wanted to use Amazon.jp but I get too intimidated and don't learn how to use it. |

I wanted to order Acid Black Cherry's new album and until two days ago or so it was also affected by the ban. Since I was desperate I checked again today and it isn't anymore, so that I was able to order it via CDJapan. Did they lift the ban altogether?

Did someone already send a mail to CDJapan to know why only some non-related-anime Jpop items are banned for oversea? It'll be nice to know the rule behind that.

I wanted to order SUPER GiRLS' latest single from CDJapan but when I couldn't find it on their site, I sent them an email asking for it to be added since I didn't see anything indicating the group being on the ban list.
When I got their reply, it only said that "we are not able to sell such single outside Japan" and that the restriction is the "decision of the manufacturer." There wasn't any additional explanation, so I don't know if the ban is eventually going Avex-wide, or if the sub-labels (SUPER GiRLS are on iDOL Street) have the discretion of deciding for themselves, but it'll be interesting to see what happens when Ayu, Namie, et al. release new albums. :| We'll all be outlaws! :O |

Man, this could be concerning for potentially future Ayaka orders. For right now Kotonoha (to release in a couple of weeks) is OK, but as for future releases, there's really a thick, stormy cloud potentially approaching foreign fans of her, including me...
I could speculate something that may be related political-wise, but according to AHS rules, I can't go over into that... |

Nakajima Miyuki albums are also banned...
I was checking some Mika Nakashima albums and then i noticed that the NAKAJIMA MIYUKI Tribute album (where she participated) is also banned, if i'm not wrong, she's from Yamaha not avex... And actually, her recent material is also banned... |

So it's not only avex?
This is seriously such a strange move.

Yeah, I have seen some Yamaha releases banned. Tancobuchin (girl rock band) and Miu Sakamoto also affected since they're tied up to Yamaha. To add insult to injury, Yamaha music videos on YouTube are subject to YouTube Red block, like Pony Canyon...I've never heard of such a company having videos blocked on YouTube in YouTube Red countries (e.g. USA, Korea; due to disagreement with the Red terms, since fall of 2015) AND restricting exports - WTF!?
I mean, what in the world is Yamaha thinking here??? |

It's ridiculous. I especially LIVE for the concert bluray releases of my favorite artists. Still, I think YesAsia isn't affected since they're not located in Japan. They're already importing the Japan Press copies to their warehouse for customers to purchase. I've begun using either them or on occasion asking my friend in Osaka to purchase different items for me. Sometimes he can even pick 'em up cheaper at places like Book Off.

Again, I'm still not sure how this will affect future Ayaka Blu-ray releases...I might have to use YesAsia just because of what @ILoveGeniuses said above. Or I'm going to have to try to end up using Tenso to create a loophole...
Seriously, Avex, this isn't the right way to spread J-pop around the world. We're already suffering from Sony's mostly-protectionist policies of YouTube videos (most not available outside of Japan, and even so, here's what I'm going to say next), and then again, since I live in the US, I'm also affected by the YouTube Red block which blocks out certain big labels such as Sony (if it isn't blocked outside of Japan already) and Victor (e.g. Leo Ieiri)...hearing an Avex policy and shipping ban like this is the last thing we'd like - or hate - to hear. |

So, wait - this means E-girls' new albums aren't listed on CDJapan due to the dreaded Avex export restriction? WHAT!? And will anyone try to play the loophole game by buying it somewhere else (e.g. Tenso), ship it to Tenso, and then let them deliver it? |
