SHINee’s Jonghyun Found dead

https://www.allkpop.com/article/2017...yun-found-dead

His sister found him unconscious in his room. I’m absolutely shocked. He was my favorite member of SHINee.

When I read this earlier, I instantly felt weak and so sad.
He's my bias in SHINee and I love love the way he wrote lyrics, it's so sad that it made sense if he's actually neck deep in depression. I really feel for him, and if I could I would hug him. I've had suicidal thoughts before, so I can only imagine how he would feel.

I'll definitely miss him, my first KPop bias, now shining brightly in the sky. Goodbye Jjongie, we all love you bud.

Depression is such an awful awful thing

I saw the news this morning and I still can't believe it...
I like SHINee since their debut in 2008 and Jonghyun was my favorite member. I am so sad right now

Rest in peace, angel ...

He was always so close to being transparent about how it affected him. Being a huge celebrity and idol, I can't imagine how restrained he must have felt over the years. He just couldn't talk about it without being shunned or patronized because he's supposed to "have it all", right? It never happens like that though.

And he was so goddamn beautiful. Like, he was one hell of a guy to look at along with being so talented.

Wow, that is devastating. I might not be a fan of K-pop, but it still saddens us.

(And this is on top of a train crash down south of Seattle that I've been dealing with a little bit just today.)

i noticed it on simon& martinas live on youtube. im in shock. This business is living hell, he is not the first person to commit suicide within the kpop scene. so sad to hear it, i absolutely wish him all best wherever he is.

That crash was about 10 minutes from where I lived.

I don't like k-pop, it's just not my thing, but I read really cruel comments such as "oh he was just a k-pop idol, stop crying there are thousand like him". I mean how can be someone so cruel to say something like that? even if it was as a "joke" (if you can call that a joke) I think this was sad, for his fans, for his friends, family and the other members of SHINee, and as someone who struggled with depression I'm really sad for him, may he rest in peace.

I'm not a fan of k-pop either but these comments are disgusting. He was a human being FIRST, and whatever else falls into second place. How can people be so cruel?
