Kuu will be featured as a talk guest in the next month's 2021 FNS Kayousai Aki that will be aired on 6th Oct

Too bad the pic doesn't show the whole flyer, but from what I can read, you can apply for the live by buying Nissin products in the period of Monday, September 27th, till Sunday, October 15th and uploading your receipt through an app till October 17th.
So if this is starting this coming Monday, we should get official info this weekend! Ah, yeah, the flyer also says 500 people will be selected for the live. I suppose those are able to attend it, the rest will have to stream. Would be a bit weird to do an online live for 500 people only.

Alright, info is out!
 Online live on Sunday, November 7th, 7 p.m. - 08:30 p.m.. 1,5 hours consisting of a live performance and after talk with some special content. Kuu is going to sing popular songs that haven't been performed for a while. Fans can also request songs she's going to put in the setlist. Regular tickets cost 3,500 Yen. Premium tickets go for 7,000 Yen, including digital money to throw ( "ultra cheer"), a digital photoset ( via mail address) and a chance to win stuff through a lottery. The Nissin campaign gives 500 people the chance to watch for free! The live stream is handled through Nissin's power station website, tickets available there: https://nissin-ps.com/live/detail/2805c0ba Stream will be available to watch till November 14th.

Very nice! And specially good that it will be available for a week. I couldn't find a sample to see if it works outside Japan, but I don't see any warning that it doesn't.
Gonna buy the ticket when it's a little closer to the performance, can't wait!

I quickly checked and you need a telephone number to register on the site.
So sadly not international fan friendly... Ok , it worked with my German telephone number, though I have no idea if streaming will work outside of Japan. It's not mentioned on the site.

There is one free concert (https://nissin-ps.com/live/live/d8a90c55) and it's playing alright in here, so it will probably be available outside Japan. But take that at your own risk.
Even recording the video was alright, so yay!

I think 7 to 10 tracks is a reasonable setlist size. It's an hour and half show, which I think it means a 1 hour concert, 10min break as it is stated, and 20min after talk maybe? Anyway, I'm excited about it. The more the merrier.
