[Q]Is anybody having problems getting on AHS?

-If there are threads you think are spamming the forum, report them by using the report button and the staff will check if they are indeed spam, and do something about it if they are.
-Making new styles is not easy. I personally don't have the time to work on those unfortunately. I remember zef would create cool designs for the forum but he's been busy and MIA.

Really? I guess many of the sites/forums I like to visit don't. I've never gotten a warning from JPOPSUKI or last.fm when they go down at random for maintenance.
The reason there was no further warning though was because these maintenances usually last only a very few hours (almost always lasts less than 3 hours and most of the times actually less than an hour), but this time was unfortunately extended due to a few unexpected problems that happened after the maintenance had already been started. It happens...

I apologize.....I wasn't tryin' to offend u or anything. Well, Nippon used coded words lol (j/k) But I admit that I'm part guilty on that because I carried on the convo. So I hope that banning is only temporary but I find what he did wasn't...all that...bad! ^_^; He was just expressing his love!

Btw, this Zef person.....when do u think he'll be back? I want to ask him so questions!!!

Maybe the mods would want to make a pop-up on the main page, not the forums? I recall that the main page was still accessible (a.k.a. www.ahsforum.com) so perhaps someone could put a notice up there to inform people who don't know about server downtime. At least it doesn't send the people here into a panic about whether their IP has been blocked from the server or whether their computers are exhibiting erratic behaviour.

probably...not for a really long time. zef hasn't been active in years. I'm sure he has behind the scenes, since someone has to pay for this site.

if they go down at RANDOM for a maintenance, then of course no one will get a warning, but if you're planning something like a maintenance, and I assume it happens, it'd be good having a pop up or a mass-PM spread around announcing maintenance.

Random question, what was the goal of this maintenance? Server issue solving or ? I remember on TN, tho that being a blah forum, they did mention stuff they changed/improved or so. Maybe you guys dothat too, never noticed (yet)

I don't know what it is. I keep getting blank pages, or I keep double posting because I don't know if my post got through the first time. D: Then there's times it takes the pages to load FOREVER. And it usually times out and gives me another blank page. I think once, I had to refresh to get to the forum 20 times before it showed up. It's really becoming bothersome.

I'm sure others are having the same problem?

You....I just now able to log in. I've tried SEVERAL SEVERAL times to log in but NO LUCK! I went to my history thingy and I was able to get on! I hope they fix the problem soon!!!

see that's what I was wondering about a lot lately is there any chance that we can donate something cause in that way we could get together some money and buy a bigger server or whatever someone needs to get a site like this running ... is zef and all the other mods paying for the site themselves???

On the last month I have problems enetering AHS most of the time =\.

I wonder if the server is alright... I'm relieved that not only I have problems with it though, I hope it will be repaired since I love AHS xD.
